Larry Evins - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm for over 10 years with no claims or issues. The first claim I had is with this office. I had full coverage with State Farm and thought I was covered %100. My motorcycle was stolen and come to find out that they undervalued my bike and put the blame on me. They had no proof that I was in the wrong other than he said she said. They wouldn't budge on their story or help me at all. In the end it cost me almost $3000 dollars. Their response was its not their fault its mine for not going though my policy line by line. After paying in almost $35,000 over 10 years with no claims you would think that they would want to help me out but this was not the case. I'm in customer service/sales and this is not the way I treat my clients if there is an issue. Very disappointing.

I have been with Larry Evans for over 2 years. By far the best insurance I have ever had all around! I have tried the other major guys for over 15 years prior. Fortunately I have a clean record but my rates with liability auto with a few upgrades and perks and apt renters insurance is under $45/month! I recently had my first accident. They called once and the conversation was less than 2 minutes and it was done! No rate increase, no more phone calls, and I recently called to check up on the person I was in a small fender bender with and they said everything was the same on their end. It's very comforting knowing my money isn't going to waste. Very nice people to deal with as well! PS. I'm not getting paid to write this just happy to do business with good folks.
