Very good so far. Have had excellent customer service relations when I call them for tactical assistance and support, very fast, courteous and efficient in answering or tending to my queries, and I appreciate their no nonsense approach to any issues or matters that I may have.

This agency definitely lacks customer service and reflects poorly on Allstate overall reputation. Agent misrepresented crucial information and refused to fix his own mistake.
