        Our stay at Hotel Viata was wonderful. The rooms are super spacious, the views beautiful, and customer service top notch. We were only there one night, so didn't get to enjoy all the hotel has to offer, but look forward to a longer, relaxing stay in the future.

        Great location, Staff, Amenities and Food. The locations is really great, nice views, close to almost every thing in Austin. The pool, restaurant and bar are great. The on-site food is really really good. Staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Parking is very convenient at the garage or valet. Location was safe and secure. Unfortunately, certain issues kept me from giving it 5 stars. The rooms are dated, need a refresh. Things like seeing room service items sitting in the hallway for a day is not ideal. They also didnt adhere to some of my booking notes, and left a bottle of wine when we said we dont drink. Its the little things that can take this resort to the next level.
