        I do not recommend it, the beds are old and the mattresses have deposits, the room smells very bad, the hotel is old, I do not recommend it

        Someone entered mine and my boyfriends room and we had multiple things stolen that amount to hundreds of dollars (my makeup bag, clothing, bfs headphones). We were told that we were the last ones to enter the room according to the log, insinuating that it was our fault that we were robbed. Whoever entered the room also threw ice everywhere, which was still unmelted when we came back into the room. We were told the cleaning ladies had just left when we found the mess, so who knows if it was one of them. Dont stay here.

        The staff, room, cleanliness, and patron experience were all placed at the bare minimum. The only thing I was paying for seemed like the location and nothing more, but even that is not worth it for the price. If I could give a lower rating I would. Horrible. This is the only place I now know to singularly point out NOT to stay while in Austin. Please choose wisely before even thinking of staying here. Best of luck if you stay here
