My brother-in-laws passing was sudden. Hes from Omaha and we are snowbirds Texans, he was here visiting and we had no clue who to call. Found Heart of Texas Cremation during a Google search. I called several different places and was SHOCKED at the cost for a basic, simple cremation. Heart Of Texas was very reasonable but more importantly were very kind and returned my (numerous) calls and answered each one of my questions with patience, never once acting as if I was bothering them. Very professional.

I appreciated their kindness and compassion after the unexpected loss of my mother. They took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I live out of state and received her remains quickly. They even followed up to see how I was doing.

Bad experience. Personnel are not helpful and seem to dread working there. Everything from the errors I had to correct several times on forms to the fact they only ordered 2 death certificates when I asked for 8 ( and then tried to charge me extra for ordering the remaining ones) was just a bad experience. You are all servicing people whove had a loss in their lives, Id recommend being more professional, empathetic and overall taking a little pride in your jobs.
