image For starters, Crowley was running late for my appointment. When he walked into the room, he didnt greet me and I had to be the first one to say something. He interrupted me while I was talking about my symptoms & didnt take the time to listen or give any helpful recommendations on what I could do to make my symptoms better. He implied Im too young to have heart problems which I found to be rather arrogant & rude.

image I want to comment on the professionalism and care of the PCE Maker technician, Rachel. She was cheerful, and we were asking a lot of questions. She was knowledgeable and put me totally at ease with the pacemaker check. I am so happy with my appointment with her.
I also want to point out what a great nurse you have in Rochelle. She is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. She had to set up several tests for me within a minimal time frame, and not only was she successful, but she remained cheerful the whole time. The practice is lucky to have her, and I am blessed to have her as my nurse.
Thank you to both of these women for going above and beyond in patient care. They made what could have been a very stressful experience seem routine and smooth.

image I rarely do reviews but need to share this now due to several issues with lack of contact from providers and staff. I always try to act that all of my providers provide good intentions with quality care.
Customer care not acceptable from Aurora Cardiology scheduling and front desk staff. Actual medical staff seemed reputable, caring and helpful at appointments.
I had seen this Doc a few years ago and was asked to return. I was told appointment had to be rescheduled bc I am considered a new patient, due to over 3 years now since last appointment.
The first appointment had to be rescheduled bc I was now considered a new patient NOT TRUE! My cardiologist asked me to return this past year.
My cardiologist confirmed that I am not a new patient and he did not understand why they would tell me this and reschedule. I shared with him, that because of this poor service, I would most likely seek out another provider if poor service continues. Cardiologist seemed knowledgeable and did offer some decent care and direction regarding my need for specific tests.
Office appointments are scheduled and often changed at times with no notice to patients. Ive had three appointments rescheduled within the last few months. I showed up for my last appointment with proof of appointment and I was turned away. They stated my appointment was rescheduled. Front desk took my proof of appointment with no explanation about schedule change except that they had already contacted me to change appointment. Not true.Why would I take time to go to office? I had not received a call to change this appointment. I double checked call dates that Clinical Supervisor provided to me after I shared my concerns. He also stated there was a robo call and a live person call. There was no recent call record or messages on my smart phone from this provider.
This was the third time I had to be rescheduled. Ive asked for my cardiologist to call me to discuss my concerns here and no response. Its been nearly a week (5 business days) since I requested this. I definitely need to be able to speak to my medical providers directly by phone and I was told that this is not an option for patients here. I was told they will have him call me.
Additionally the angiogram came back with blockages noted. The assistant did call me 3 days later to share results. She was care centered and I thanked her for this care sharing that they should transfer same skills to front office staff and schedulers. This is why I rated one star here.
There is NO WAY TO CONTACT the cardiologist by phone or voicemail at Aurora Cardiology. Now I am going to change to another provider due to lack of customer care, access and response.
I do have an appointment scheduled now for a Stent surgical procedure due to blockage with this provider.I am grateful for the provider scheduling me for the calcium test angiogram. And hoping that the surgery will improve my current medical concerns, quality of life and survival.
Im at high risk for a heart attack now per medical assistant. I am proceeding with the Stent surgery with this provider due to urgency of intervention. Hoping that I will have quality of service and survive with no cardiac event! Very concerned with this poor response time and inability for me to call him and leave a voicemail.
I value all medical providers and the services Ive received over the many decades. I will continue to wait for cardiologist to call me . Fingers crossed
