        Drive thru only sign posted on front doors, cash only posted on the drive thru sign, employees smoking behind the menu. Chicken was cold and rubbery. Bad experience overall, I'd suggest going to Raising Canes or another chicken joint.

        About a week ago. Was in a bit of a hurry. There was no line at the drive thru. No one acknowledged me so I said "Hello" and then they came on and said "before you order our card reader is down and cash low so exact change only" Well I had a gift card so I had to run over to Parker road store. This is very unacceptable. Why are you even open?
