WOW! - Payment and Equipment Dropbox

Wow is a horrible Internet and whenever I tried to use it it would either work or work for a few minutes and glitch wow Internet is the most horrible Internet I have ever gotten.

If you have other options other than WOW! Please choose another service because WOW! Does not care about it's customers. I had to choose WOW! Because it's the only Internet service that services my area. First they don't do what they say they are going to do and when you call them about it they don't help you. Second the service is extremely expensive and all I have is WiFi. From my experience all they care about it money. If I could choose another service I would and I'm thinking of disconnecting my service because it's too expensive and I'm giving my hard earned money to a company who does not care. Ridiculous!

I spoke with a WoW representative who scheduled an appointment with me for yesterday 4/2/2024 No show, No call, a waste of time. The name fits perfectly WOW! I called today to verify why there was a no show? The representative, transferred me to a supervisor who was worst than the sales representative.

DO NOT USE WOW! Canceled my service early last year and kept waiting on them to send a box to return the equipment as they said they would do. Never received the box, but received a letter from a collection agency for the unreturned equipment and for 2 extra months charges that was THEIR ERROR. Talked to someone who cleared the charges from my account, but just received another letter stating I owe them still. Im still dealing with this almost a year later. Customer service is terrible. Ive been transferred to 5+ people who somehow have no notes on the issue and are unable to fix the problem. Several other reviews also say they were sent to collection agencies for similar issues. Avoid using them!
