        Megan provided excellent service despite having multiple customers and being extremely busy. She is the epitome of what every company should look for when hiring associates, especially managers. I am not sure if she is already a manager but if not, I'd strongly recommend providing Megan her own store to manage. As long as I am with T Mobile, I will indubitably continue to utilize and visit Megan because of how GREAT she was/is.

        Eli is very rude. Thank goodness i was on the phone with customer service and they said its a recorded call and heard him yell at me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICES.

        Thieves and liars. Buyer be aware of what you are walking into. I was promised $800 for my trade in phone, only to receive $140. I was lied to and signed away on the small print. No amount of phone calls fixed my issue. I will drop Tmobile as soon as my contract is up - I will NEVER return to this company.
