        Knowledge trainers and fun to work with. Great place to learn PROPER BODY MECHANICS (not just ‘slinging’ weights as seen in many gyms) to protect your body form future injury. Love the way workouts geared to personal needs and exercises varied!!

        I love this gym & my trainer, Kristen! The staff is so knowledgeable, kind, & friendly. I have learned so much about my health & fitness since coming here & would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle. I had never done anything in the gym prior to coming here, but they really make me feel like I know what I’m doing with the aid of my trainer, & the private suites allow me privacy to make mistakes without the fear of embarrassment!
