The lights at the Tennis courts dont work. Have complained this to the Leasing office since past 1 month but no action has been taken yet. Very disappointed by this. Also the heater in the house doesnt work. Not worthy staying here as the amenities are useless

I would like to update everyone on this review. I went to corporate and complained and they sent their regional VP and he fired that POS Property Manager Keyonna, I hear that awful person is working for I believe Rps property or something, anyways They were able to get everything under control but it was a long process.. the new PM Autum is outstanding and very helpful. Their maintenance staff Troup and Adrian are very helpful and will gonout of their way to help. I take back what I said about Pegasus Residential because they took quick action and handled the problems that we have. They are working hard to fix all the problems the previous management company left for them which was two years of fixing nothing. I would love to give a huge thanks to Eli, Troup, Adrian and Autum for their outstanding customer service and help they provide.

Shortly after this review they fired everyone and Pegasus Residential is just flipping this property. It is horribly run and in the past year and a half after buying the property from Lincoln properties they have gone through 8 property mangers and just as many leasing agents. This property is is falling apart and they claim to hav fully renovated ( huge lie) they just slapp d some new, led lights, faucets and countertops and call ot fully renovated. My original apartment was falling apart due to no maintenance during covid so transfered into a soncalled fully renovated apartment and it started falling apart a week after move in.
We lived here for 6 years and 4 were good until Pegas took over. Poor Maintenance workers are so overwhelmed, overworked and lack of help it is impossible for them to keep up with all the service requests. The mailboxes get broken into weekly and my w2s feom this year were stolen and the apartment manager tried to blame the very hard working Post women Maybeth. I was disgusted and went to bat for her, luckily her bosses new the apartment management are full of poo.
Thank god we bought a house and now longer have to deal with it.

TODAY I went to tour these apartments the girl in the leasing office literally let me tour the apartment alone she buzzed me in and let me fend for my self ! She wasnt very helpful and seemed like she just wanted me out of there quick ! She was even on the phone with her boyfriend and when I came back from my tour she told him to hold on instead of hanging up the phone and attending to me ! He literally could overhear our whole conversation VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, When I asked does she have any paper work with leasing info such as floor plans , move in fees ect she told me everything is electronic and online so I should just go on the website ! I literally left with no knowledge but the price a 2bedroom is starting at she didnt even tell me a unit number to apply for ! She didnt even show me any amenities ! The apartment was spacious and exactly what Im looking for but unfortunately with the treatment I received from her does coincide with a lot of these bad reviews Im seeing Im scared I wish I could speak to some residents before I made my decision!

the tenant informants live here and some come and go. I lived in the building 100
And 7 out of 8 apts were all informants.Long story short the police know who they are as I been making complaints via tentant informants -
I get no call or justice because of who they are and now I have contact internal affairs and lawyer and thousands of people
