Probably the worst apartment complex to move into. From the roaches to the breaks in to the pool thats been out of order for 7 years to several notices on your door. DO NOT RENT AT 93 APARTMENTS. I repeat DO NOT MOVE INTO 93 APARTMENT. THIS IS MONEY GRAB APARTMENT Ponzi scheme!

Horrible experience. Lived here for 2 years. They took my entire deposit so they could renovate the unit after I moved out. I could not get an itemized list of what the deposit went towards. Any request for corporate intervention is stifled or they say "look them up yourself." Horrible management. Horrible front office (outside of some nice people that don't make major decisions). I let them take the deposit because I am THAT happy to be out of there. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider this place. It was okay when it was 1000-1100 but they've since jacked up the prices. My first year jump was $200 I believe. You will have a roommate(s) and they are cockroaches. They have a pest control guy that comes in sometimes but he sprays sugar water. Never did I notice any results. Additional notes: AC broke twice. Spent at least 2 weeks in no heat/AC. Saw a rat INSIDE my apartment. Had to set my own traps and actually caught one, which is traumatic. Bottom line: don't waste your time.

I moved here in February. Didnt know that if you move in after the 15th youll have to pay the next months rent too. Love the apt setup. But the walls are very thin thin!!! You can heart literally everything! Its like I paid $200-$300 more for a better area, and I can literally hear every noise staying around a lot of Mexicans.. never in the first place, but they scream, make all kinds of noises all time of night.. walk all hard above you no regards to anyone living under them! I feel like I live in the projects only if you can test out the apts before you sign a lease!!! That needs to be a thing. Cause some nights I cant even sleep because of the noise. They play music all time of the night loud drinkingI couldve just stayed where I was for foolishness! Only thing is the apt is a better one, only smaller than my last, and the area is better for me and my job. The maintenance they fix whatever you put in. But I really dont think the apt should be 1395 though, $1,000 maybe, but for a 1/1, thats steep to head everything your neighbors are doing.. the price isnt worth it! They have roaches coming in from other apartments! Money hungry money hungry and racist!
