This is a hotel, hertz personal likely won't be on site. There is a small express return but don't bank on this being an actual brick ad motor if you need to interact with customer service

After I rented a car for one week, They upsold me into a vehicle with damaged breaks. I brought it back 3 hrs after i took it out, when I realize that I was in danger with my daughter that I had to picked up and then return the car. They apologized to me and said they will cancel the rental. But I come to find out they charged me the full rental and then now are saying that hertz will return only a portion of my rental because I used the car. I recommend you tell then to come get cars that have issues with a tow truck so you dont get charge for being nice and bringing back a vehicle needing service. What a pour service. Upsell me a vehicle with problems, and then charging me because I brought it back.
