Pathetic property management. There's some good, here, low rent, decent locations, but sadly a company run by inept, inconsiderate children. Yes, had a bad situation while moving (absolutely not evicted) out so I'll admit, I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth but I lived in a Johnson building for 10 years and if you have the funds seek elsewhere. Bugs, bandaids on everything, terrible neighbors, PASS!! P.S. On blast, Nathan (the supposed business partner here) wow, guess when they say the problems trickle down Johnson Associates is a great example of that.

The most incompetent and apathetic property management company Ive ever dealt with. Refuse to do repairs, parking lot isnt monitored so its a free for all, they literally hang up on you if you try to complain. Worthless, do not rent from them.

I have lived in Johnson and associates properties for 8 years. They rent is good price for the area that we live in lee highway close to DC, Rosslyn. You can pay your rent through an app and request maintenance. Maintenance comes within few hours depending when and how you request it. They have emergency maintenance to call they come fast. When I have emailed them they have taken care of it.They upkeep the property and it always looks clean. I have not had bugs in my apartment. They allow cats with no extra charge. I would rent from them again.
