I lived here for 3 years and loved it!!! Awesome location and while it is no frills, def a great value for living in a Ballston.

We came here to view an apartment with an appointment made two weeks in advance. When we arrived they told us they had no one-bedroom apartments available, and even better, zero apartments available to view. We would strictly be looking at the buildings amenities, which we declined. The whole thing felt like a bait and switch. (The reservation was under my partners name, hence them saying we dont have a record. We just wont be renting here so we wont be reaching out to the management.)

Im about to renew for a 4th year. The building staff are very responsive, bedrooms are spacious, and Ballston keeps adding new restaurants every year. Our building manager Larry is very friendly.

Cheap enough, spacious, and everything works as expected. The neighborhood has free parking for visitors. The only issue is there are vents between walls that let sound through.

Lived here for a year with two roommates. Good value for the area and management is great. Had no problem moving in or out.
