Unacceptable service. I called to schedule a tour and was told that the building was currently having an open house and to come out. I make my way there from DC on the train, only to be told that the open house is over. No apologies or anything.

I give this place two stars for several reasons. 1) Marijuana Smell. This place is Ghetto. People smoke weed in their apartments. You can smell it as you walk past the building and inside hallways. Smoking policy is not enforced. Disgusting smell. 2) Noise!! Lots of street noise from costco delivery and garbage trucks. Lived on third floor and could STILL hear the scraping noise from the trash compactor in the garageall night and dayevery 11 min or so. 3) Lighting. Dim light fixtures in bathroom, closets and hallways. We cannot replace our bulbs. Kitchen has an odd low ceiling with poorly designed fluorescent bulbs. 4) Not luxury. It was marketed as luxury but falls short. Dogs pee on building and garbage shoot is backed up. The 3ft deep pool is only open limited time with a lifeguard. They replaced a roof top seating area with a beehive. So now family members who are allergic to bees cannot sit near the pool. 5) Traffic. Costco traffic is horrific on Fern St. and customers leave their carts all along the street in front of the apartment front doors. 6) Homeless. Ok most big cities have homeless but Fern St has several that sit in or outside Starbucks begging and sleep in the fern st post office, our elevators, and our OPEN parking garage.

I moved into Millennium National Landing exactly one week ago in a renovated apartment. Property advertised and was told I would have completed renovated apartment all new appliances new front load washer/ dryer etc. what I received was a refrigerator that doesnt get cold, out of over $100 from groceries that had to be disposed. I dont have a useable washer that management refuses to replace or properly repair. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesnt work. Lindsay and Joyce need to be terminated immediately. Both are very dismissive, unhelpful, incompetent and lack empathy for tenants. $2500 per month rent, $100 parking and to be treated like a none factor as a new tenant is disheartening. I have made several requests and yet nothing has been resolved. Lots of push back and attitude when simply making requests youre entitled. I will be moving forward with legal action due to Millennium in default of lease. I advise other tenants to do the same. After they get you to sign lease and take your money expect hell after. Such a disappointing experience. But as tenants we have rights too!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The Millennium's management takes these remarks seriously. It is disheartening to hear when a resident is not satisfied with their experience. Please call me at your earliestconvenience at 703-486-0005 or email [email protected], so I can speak with you personally and address any issues. Sincerely,Joyce M RectoArea Manager

Hi Daniel Fraisher, we regret your overall experience with us has not been up to the standards we strive for. I'll be reaching out to you directly to review some specifics and ensure any pending items are corrected immediately. While there's bound to be an occasional bump in the road as we continue to reposition the entire building, we never want you, as the resident, to experience it. If you're willing to give us another chance we think you'll see we're capable of more. If you don't get my email, please reach out to me directly. I look forward to speaking with you soon!Deeqa NurRegional [email protected]
