Do not believe the the sales people they don't keep their word. I lost 200$ because I ended up believing one of their sales staff who said they would terminate my contract and refund me my money if moved. I told them that I might be moving and didn't know if the 6 months contract was for me, she assured me that they would cancel and refund me my money which didn't happen. I lost 200$ because of this. Their training was ok at best for the mma portion, their crossfit was good though. Fin yourself another gym, honesty isn't policy here.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. I've been doing Muay Thai here for about three years, and it's been incredibly rewarding. The coaches are great, and it's a really supportive environment for beginners while still offering a challenge for those who have been training longer. It's always a killer workout, you won't be disappointed! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get in shape or pick up a martial art!

I've been attending classes here for about a month now after taking a few trial classes at other area gyms. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at NovaMMA. Instructors are attentive and communicative; classes are not over crowded; and there is an abundance of space, as this is a rather large facility (something other area gyms lacked). Additionally, the rates are markedly better than other area gyms, which is nice since one membership grants you access to a slew of class types (Muay Thai, Boxing, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Cross-Fit, HIIT Kickboxing, Warrior Yoga, and open mat/gym times) which allows you to learn which style best suits you and allows for ample cross discipline training. Highly recommended.

I'm pretty impressed with this place. I've had a membership for about six months. My biggest criticism is that they could turn up the intensity for the Crossfit classes a touch (and sometimes the music needs some work). The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The fact that the owners are there almost every hour that they are open interacting with the customers was especially impressive to me. I'm a beginner in Jiu Jitsu and the instructors were always willing to give a little personal here and there. The absolute best thing about the place is that no one is judgemental about your level of fitness or expertise, even when a high-schooler mopped the floor with me a few times.
