Worse place I've ever been 3 weeks and counting and i still have not received my sons prescription glasses. Each time i call they give me a different excuses why they still dont have the glasses. Extremely over priced even with insurance coverage . Stay away from this this place dont waste your time

This review is for Pearl Vision location, not for the optometrist. The personnel is not service oriented, anything you order from them will always take more time than what they promise. I am stucked with them because I purchase a frame that is exclusively handled by them and any service or repair has to be though them. I just had my frame serviced for a repair and after three weeks of wait when it was initially only 2 I found one of my lenses scratched. They want to charge me $65 to repair it.

Absultely terrible customer service and lazy work ethic. My wife purchased two frames (just the frame, exact same) a month ago. We still don't have the frames. The only communication that has taken place is me driving out there or calling them. They told me they would call me to give me an update and nothing. I've called and left messages but no returned calls. Please do not subject yourself to this kind of customer service and poor management. I beg you! I am only providing one star because they won't allow me to post without at least one star. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
