If I could do zero I would- won't transfer rooms even with incredibly valid reasons, come in and touch your things without permission or prior notice, loud neighbors, thin walls, terrible management. Broken smoke detectors that prevent cooking without them going off. Constantly ignore maintenance calls. Don't move here. Go anywhere else.
