Chris was spot on with getting my keys duplicated Johnny on the spot ( that two other stores were unable to do )
He even duplicated my Jeep key in a matter of minutes with no problem- and to boot everything was cost effective!
This will be our go to spot - thank you A-1 Locksmith of Arlington!

Had a great experience with Chris Barhall (sp?) at the Arlington location. I had a motorcycle key that was really a problem to duplicate, but he found a similar one, duplicated it, and it worked perfectly. I appreciate the effort he put in this to get it replicated and to warn me ahead of time that since the key had a chip in it (which I didn't know about), I should call the motorcycle dealership to find out if it needed programming (which would have cost me hundreds of dollars and if so, duplication of this key would not have been worth it. All worked out well. Thank you Chris.

I am totally disappointed with this company.
I have previously used the company, but I didnt experience the lack of customer service as I did this time.
I set up a request to have my rental propertys front and back door keyed.
I called at approximately 8:20pm on a Thursday night. My request was for Saturday. I called in Friday. I was told that the after hours made a notation and someone would call me. I added once again, I wanted the appointment to be Saturday.
The representative told me that my appointment would be Saturday,
December 31st between 9am-12pm. The technician would call me 30-45 minutes before. I waited and waited on Saturday morning.. Finally, I called at 11:30am and was told by the representative that the technician , Ryan was 10 minutes away .. but he had to key 17 locks.. By 12:30pm .. I called again.. and was told that the same technician was still working on the job before me.. but, another person could come, this would be another 2 hours!!!
I was just so disgusted, because I had just landed from a flight hours before. I needed to prepare for a meeting later that afternoon. I just couldnt afford to wait for another 2 hours.
I depended on getting the service.. at the suggested time. I cancelled the request.
I just wasnt prepared to beg and pay at .the same time.
On to the next locksmith company.
