Castro's towing has been a great asset to me and my son. Mr. Castro is honest, he is upfront with you as a customer and lets you know the expected timeline of when he will be there to tow your car. He does not play phone tag and in a world where money is time and time is money; I highly appreciate his great work ethics. If your stuck like chuck, don't waste time with anyone else. My car suspension air bags went out I called over 15 companies and even had a tow company come out and they were not able to tow my car I called the guys at Castro’s they stayed in contact with me arrived quickly and got my car towed without causing any additional damage they explained the extra precautions they were taking as they were doing it and the extra equipment required to tow my vehicle

I was stranded on 820 after truck died and wouldn’t start at 8:30 pm. Called Castro based on reviews and so glad I did. Two very professional and courteous gentlemen came with the best equipment and in no time the truck was loaded and taken to my mechanic. They made an awful experience for me much better and I really appreciate that.

Went to a gas station and locked myself out of the car and I called them, and they were fast to get there, while also to get my car open so I can go on with my day, guys saved me a whole day of trouble, thank you!!
