        We are a local Propane distributor and we have used Post Alarm for years. We upgraded our camera security systems a couple years ago. I was recently having some technical issues on the computer end. I called in to Post Alarm. Their IT, Cruze, was able to walk me through trouble shooting methods over the phone. He got our system back to running smoothly quite quickly. He then left the ticket open so that we could monitor the system to ensure if was running as it should. He followed up with me twice as we monitored it. Very happy with the customer service here, everyone that answers the phone is friendly and helpful. Cruze is friendly and provides great IT service. Thank you!

        Great company but the patrol responses time kind of slow, over 30 minutes waiting time for the patrol to arrive.
