        Unfortunately, Telesonic is one of those companies that advertises that items are in stock on their website, when in reality they do not have the items in stock, and they cannot purchase the items. They took my order for an item showing in stock, took my money, then sent me a refund several days later and did not even bother to contact me to let me know the item was not available. Pretty unprofessional behavior.
