Nice place. Clean rooms. Good central location.
Nice place to stay while working in the area.
Rooms: Clean and spacious
Food & drinks: Centrally located, easy access to several options to eat

Had a reservation for a room with 2 beds and one pet. After paying we went to the room to inspect it. There was signs of bed bugs all over all of the sheets/bedding. Black dots every where, which is the bed bugs poop. They need to train there staff for what the signs of bed bugs are. The room will need to be treated properly and then monitored.
BED BUGS HAPPEN AT HOTELS BUT THE AMOUNT OF BLACK DOTS, TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE BEEN IN THAT ROOM FOR A LONG TIME, AND THE STAFF IS NOT CHECKING FOR THEM. PLEASE PROPLEY TREAT YOUR ROOMS.

I checked into this hotel after a long flight to be a frontliner for the COVID19 crisis. Pulled Back sheets that appear to be fresh and Laid in bed To feel my self laying in a huge cold wet spot. I pat the area with my hand and smelled my hand .. ITS URINE!! I called the front desk and Ravi to the room and examined the bed with gloves. He had no remorse and suggest that I stay in the other bed after touching the sheets with the same gloved hand that collected the soiled Linen. I explained that I do not feel safe not only is it bodily fluid but it can possibly have COVID. His reply.. its serious to you, not to us. This is extends negligence
