        The manager was rude there was never anyone in the office for emergencies or anything else you may need. We got locked out of our room by the office while we were gone fishing and it took 30 minutes to get the manager awake to reset our key. Then my brother in law shut the door behind him not knowing the card was in the room and it took over an hour to get a key and get back in. We could not get anyone to the door so eventually we called the police to do a welfare check because we were concerned and the manager pulled up and lied to the police and said she was only gone 20 minutes. Then she was rude to my husband because we had called them. DO NOT STAY HERE oh and the cold water is hot and the hot is cold and the first room we were in the remote didn't work the TV. This place is a joke.

        This Is An Awesome Hotel To Stay At Like When You Can't Stay Home When Tha Ice Cold Weather Hits Hard The Heaters In The Rooms Are At The Just Right Warm Temperature Rooms: The Rooms Are Great!

        The lady who work in the office and she drives a hummer truck is very rude.I went up there to try and pay for another night and she is never in the office.I ranned into a problem concerning the confusion between the hotel and booking agency and she didnt attempt to help me as if she didnt want too from the beginning.they never come and clean the room overall just a horrible experience.
