        Apparently, the bank doesn't work with foreign students, even if they are here lawfully, have a lot of money and great credit history, and studying for their PhD :( Chase and Wells Fargo across the street welcomed us.

        I have had and continue to have stellar service from SCCB. When I was considering working with this bank or another local bank, the initial interaction with each of them was very different. When I called SCCB, it was reassuring and refreshing to get someone on the phone promptly who could confidently help me. His name was/is Jaron Reyes, and we have been working together for months since then. Jaron has given me amazing customer service and definitely goes "the extra mile". It has been, and continues to be, a pleasure working with Jaron and SCCB. I highly recommend them.

        The employees at this bank are incredibly friendly and give stellar service on a constant basis. I have been going for three years now and they haven't ever missed a beat and it is a fun atmosphere to boot!
