Several years ago, the AC in our house stopped working and since this was the first time dealing with this type of issue, we called Sears out who told us we needed to replace the unit. A good friend and co-worker recommended Libby Twins so we gave them a call, a repair technician came out, assessed the issue and was able to replace the broken PART, for a decent price right then. Since then, we had had Libby Twins service our AC unit. It had been a couple of years since we had them out fir service and the AC unit had water at the base of the unit in the garage. I called after closing and left a message and the owner, Danny called me back first thing the next morning and had an appointment for me that morning. He and his son came out, services the unit and cleared the drain. Our unit is original to the house (1998) and never have they told me that it’s time to replace it. I feel like this company is looking out for me, rather than trying to make me pay for something I don’t need. I highly highly highly recommend Libby Twins for AC repair or replacement.

I have been using Libby Twins since 1980. I will never use another company. I recently had an issue With the air handler not turning on. Over the phone, with photos going back and forth, I was able to get the air back on myself. About a week later I noticed the inside unit was running but no cold air. I got a call back right away, explained what was happening and we both thought it needed a new thermostat. Although it was late in the day and he was headed home he turned around and came here to check it out. Turned out it was not the thermostat but the capacitor on the compressor was bad. He didn’t have one to fit on his truck but a serviceman was here first thing this morning and fixed it in 5 minutes. Luckily it was a somewhat cool night. I can’t thank them enough for their service, and what they’ve taught me so I can check everything myself and possibly solve the problem before calling them. Libby Twins, YOU ROCK!
