        So impressed with this company. The quote for my windows was at a great price. Any time I emailed Brandon, he replied right away. Gil came yesterday to install the windows and he was great. Very professional and personable. He did a great job, was very thourough and left my house as clean as when he got there. I highly recommend Glass-Rite.

        Amazing service. Marcellino, Oz and one other gentleman (didnt catch his name) came and installed new windows and a sliding door in my home. They were extremely professional, efficient and hard working. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

        Very friendly when you are placing the order and giving them your money. After they deliver their windows and defective sliding doors, If you need any kind of customer service, Glass rite won't listen to you. They will take zero responsibility for it. You will be on your own and they will refuse to help you. All they care about is to make the sale. Glass Rite is the rudest merchant ever. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this merchant.

      Ms Alvarez ordered custom sized windows and a sliding door.The Jeld-Wen sliding door had an issue and the Jeld-Wen rep. has made contact to resolve this.At point of sale,we explained that one window could not be made at the size given and had to be made a few inches larger, at our minimum size. The window size was highlighted on the order with the new size, and she approved and signed it. She accepted delivery, and a few weeks later brought the window in asking for a refund. The size was correct on the order and she had approved it. The dispute she initiated with the credit card was investigated and the dispute was resolved in our favor.
