        From out of town had a check to cash from irs both wife and I signed she wasn't here said couldn't cash it . Funny it is very simple he didn't even bother to open my account information deposit it into account but give me money from my account which had plenty to cover check . So this is why pnc is loosing my business I have taken alot of my.money to 5th 3rd bank

        Horrible. This bank wants to charge a 2% transaction fee in order to cash a check that is written from their bank, this is ridiculous.

        Completely unnecessary amount of paperwork. I needed to close my account bc I didnt want to pay a charge for the hassle of banking with them anymore, and to close your account you cant have had any withdrawals on that day on the same OR CLOSE TO THE DAY at any time in the past months bc you might be charged by those companies or some other nonsense and, of course, you have to be there in person to close an account. You have to be there in person to get forms for credit card issues, as well. Completely inefficient and just absurd during the year of 2023.
