The only handyman that responded to emails. Robert and Stephanie seem very genuine and showed up exactly on schedule. We hired them to do our entry door. Installation scheduled in 2 weeks.

I hired this company to install a garage door. They showed up 10 minutes late and started the project, then emailed me an hour later and told me they could were walking away, they said pieces were missing and there was nothing to hang my opener on (It was new construction, so yes that was needed as part of the install). Instead of solving the problem, getting the parts needed and billing me or asking me to provide the parts they might have been missing they bailed on me and left me hanging. I inspected the boxes and parts and did not see anything damaged or missing. I think it was just more work than they wanted to do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. They did not charge me and were polite about it, so I give them two stars for that, but at the end of the day I am installing my own door now I guess.
