Counselor was nice, intake girl was nice, receptionist was nice. BUT, we got new insurance and we weren't sure (neither were they) how much our copay was. I was told to wait until we knew for sure. THEN I received a call about a past due bill. I explained the situation to the billing person and hadn't recieve Anthony by mail yet. They canceled all future appointments because you can't carry a balance. I feel like paying $5 a month until it's paid. It's a WHOPPING $140. I just feel like this could have been avoided very easily.

I'd Leave a lower rating if I could, the staff were mostly polite but the doctor wouldn't listen to me on my prescription and was incredibly rude I won't be coming back if you have doctor josh don't bother....

This place is a joke. Terrible attitudes. They dont listen at all when you try to explain something. I knew it was going to be a problem when they didnt call us back and had terrible attitudes even just trying to schedule an appointment. Whoever the person is that registers patients is super rude.

I guess their Code of Ethics dont apply to their staff. The maximum disrespect for patients and gossiping about patients WHILE WE CAN HEAR THEM. Wow, such toxic people in a mental health facility. Tier 1 helping.
