HOA hired this company for weekly yard maintenance over a year ago, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!

They are not skilled at tree trimming. They basically attack the poor tree with a chainsaw, and pretend not to notice that they have caused damage, such as splitting a branch away from the tree, leaving a gaping wound for disease to enter. Or they just don’t care. They are moving as fast as they can so as to get on to the next customer. They do not clean up very much of the mess, leaving a lot for the homeowner to clean up. Garden ornaments have gone missing. Things they were asked to do as part of the job were not done. They broke several tree branches and left them dangling in the tree. They damaged a camera security system. And they did so much damage to one old tree that branches were falling out of the tree for a few days afterwards. I seriously doubt they bother to disinfect their tools between jobs (to prevent spreading disease, such as the fungus that is being spread to ficus trees around town). And they way overcharge for the level of work that they do. I am very surprised that this company is a member of the Chamber.
