If you are a home owner and would like your property run into the ground, go with this company. If you are tenant and want your repair requests ignored, I recommend them. Otherwise, look elsewhere. As a home owner having had Action Rentals manage my homes for over a decade, I can no longer recommend them for the following reasons: 1) repair requests are not addressed promptly, if at all. I have many examples but here is a good one: I spoke to a recent tenant of mine who moved out who said his reports of low water pressure were never addressed; my contractor subsequently found several breaks in the water pipe, which, of course, can be catastrophic to the structural soundness of a home; and 2) the lack of professionalism - when I chose to have one of my homes managed by another management company, the owner unilaterally decided he would not manage my other property, which is his right - except that he neglected to tell me he was dropping me, did not return the property file for the second property, or return the property reserves held by his company, or tell my tenant he was no longer managing the property, and when the tenant went to pay the rent, he refused to take it - but still did not tell the tenant how to contact me or tell me that the tenant was attempting to pay rent and did not know who to pay it to (and how would they, since I didn't know he dropped me as a client). He ignored my multiple calls, text messages and emails asking why the rent was not deposited and it took someone going to his office (I live out of state) to corner him to get the answer that he dropped me as a client. Not the people I want managing my properties (I being in charge of maintenance for a place I live, for that matter).

Repair requests ignored, phone calls not returned, house is rundown. Do not recommend.
