I am updating my review, previously I gave this flower shop a 1 star review along with a very long reason why... Long story short, the flowers received were not of the caliber what we had ordered. John contacted me immediately and offered a full refund and what I felt through email a genuine and sincere apology. I explained to him the hiccup on their site I experienced in ordering and he graciously took the feedback. I appreciated his follow-through and fixing this mistake. We will definitely order again from this shop! Thank you John for being AWESOME!

My big request was no purple. Pink to red, yellow or greens, great. Just please no purple. This is what was made. I called. I was told this was not purple. If the customer service provided had been civil, there wouldnt be a review, but here we are, with this not purple wreath.

Beau Fleurs delivered a beautiful anniversary bouquet to our parents for their 60th. Stunning, colorful, and reasonably priced. They managed to make this in time for a late morning, same day delivery, too. Very helpful and efficient over the phone - will definitely use again!
