Mechanical HVAC Services

They came out and looked at our unit. They were to contact us with a price of a new unit.. As of today, we still have not heard back from them. That is not professional. That was a week ago tomorrow. Have gone with someone else, who has been in contact with us professional.

Two Weeks and still going, and this company has yet to fix the AC, 2 service calls and system freezes up the same day then trying to get them to come back and resolve the issue take 3 to 4 days not counting weekend, to come back. Today inside temperature a comfortable 90 degrees, yes sarcasm seems to be needed. OK yes a home warranty company is in play here, but honestly that really should not effect the quality of service. Today 6/17/14 tech was suppose to be here 8 am, yeah glad we did not hold our breath. Company calls said he will not be able to make it due to an personnel emergency. No effort to send another tech and maybe ( I am adding maybe) tomorrow at 10 AM. I highly recommend this company if you want to save on AC bills. ( sarcasm again). Here some excerpts from their web site which seems contradictory of what we are dealing with. "We service your HVAC system at a time convenient for you, and we are always punctual."
