Dr Vaughan is great! Office is very clean and professional. I have had the best hygienist experience here thanks to Amber! Shes gentle, thorough and very sweet. Dr Vaughan is also doing my Invisalign treatment. Excellent pricing! Best dentist and staff around!

Been going to this practice for a few years now. Dr Vaughan and his staff have always been very kind, patient, accommodating, and helpful. Dr Vaughan has a great bedside manner and has thoroughly discussed a couple of my issues. I feel very comfortable with everyone here and its a wonderful local practice I am proud to support.

I got reccomend by my therapist for this place telling me how great they are and all.. granted I understand the Lady who answered my call what my issues was with my insurance, unfortunately just how a she said it to me with so much attitude I understand I can't come here because my insurance doesn't cover it but that doesn't mean you have to be aggressive about it I called 2 other dentist located that didn't accept my insurance and for some strange reason they seemed more reasonable and respectful about my situation. Please provide some level of respect when answering calls. Even if your having a bad day... don't take out on people. Wish you all the best

Being a stay at home mom I was prepared to pay the out of pocket cost I was quoted over the phone. While I was filling out my papers they started whispering about how to add more to my bill because they make more from self pay! She called me into her office to tell me about new policies and now they require $300 of full mouth xrays before cleaning can be done. I have found a much more respectable office that doesn't bait and switch their patients.

Would leave 0 if possible. Came in off the street asked if they were taking new patients. Gave insurance cards to lady at front desk who told us my kids had great insurance but me and my wife not. No problem please set kids appointments. 3 months later we finally get in and the take my daughter back and a lady comes in and now tells us your insurance wont cover and you will have to pay out of pocket. I told her I could not afford to pay out of pocket and would just leave. I expressed my disappointment in being to wrong info from them only to wait 3 months to find out this. No remorse or accountability of their mistake and oh we took a X-ray of your daughter before we told you this and that will be $83. Total waste of time and money in these very hard times. Thanks for nothing.
