Dishman fabrications and powdercoating has come a long way since it first started, i know personally because i have grown with it.
Dishman fabrications and powdercoating started as a very small buisness welding on boats, creating crows nests and T-tops and doing other small welding jobs.
Since then it has expanded quite tremendously. Into blasting, powdercoating, and fabricating handrails, furniture, rims, car parts, gates and other various items. They even have done work for Busch Gardens as well! I wish i could list it all. They even have expanded their building space and the amount of work they do, so for anyone that says this small buisness could not expand it has and is continuing to do so.
I strongly encourage anyone and everyone that has left an easy to post disgruntled review to start and run their own amall buisness and see how "easy" it is. You almost literally have to put yourself in the other person's shoes once in awhile. It is very hard work to run your own buisness but i feel they try the best they can.
I personally have never seen Mr. Dishman cuss any customers out, i find that remark to be outlandish and rude. While I've seen Mr. Dishman get stressed underpressure he has never lost his professionalism with customers in any way, shape or form and has plenty of customers that always come back because of the remarkable work they do.
One last thing I would like to point out is the lack of employees, makes it very hard to meet everyones time requirements and i know Mr.Dishman is working on that as well. They do the best they can to work with what they have and it is hard to run behind the employees they do have to check the powdercoating work being done, but he always tries to catch any mistakes and if he does the powdercoating work himself he is a perfectionist at heart and i have always seen it come out great.
I urge everyone greatly to just realize everyone working at dishman fabrications is human even the owner. They are not perfect and sometimes they make mistakes, but they do always try to fix the mistakes they do make, or at least catch them before giving them to customers. I've personally worked there for years and I've seen it all. They always handle customer's items with care. Please take it from a positive person's POV. Dishman fabrications is actually a great buisness to work with believe it or not.

I was a former part-time employee. Had the opportunity to learn a few things outside of the purview of my current work experience under Bens supervision, along with the opportunity to further advance my tig welding skills at Dishman Fabrication. Ben was very respectful with me and very understanding of my need for a flexible schedule. For what is essentially a 1 man operation, I would recommend Dishman Fabrications for just about any type of fabrication/powder coating need(s), based solely from my first hand account of working along side of Ben, and witnessing his interactions and transparency with customers.

I did business with this shop twice and was unsatisfied both times I will never recommend this shop. Ben had my truck parts for months after telling me it would be a one week turnaround. Finally after calling numerous times I would get a TEXT back. Parts had obvious light spots and/or wasn't completely covered.
