They have been wonderful and very informative on neighborhood associations. Their maintenance staff have been great.

Okay let me summarize or this could take a bit... -viewed house -in horrible condition as renters were being evicted -established agreement with realty owner that if all trash/current tenant's stuff was removed, home was reasonably cleaned, and house repainted for move in we had a deal -come to see home day before move in and sign -owner comes 25 min late, no call or apology upon arrival, wearing plastic purple flower flip flops and what looked like a night gown (I know it's York, PA, but Jesus...) -enter home to find that trash and stuff is still everywhere, nothing is clean, walls are not re painted as agreed, and bonus! the lawn mower and window AC system that was supposed to come with the home were stolen by old evicted tenants -realty owner acts surprised and says she was told it got done... It's a small town.. You don't go by at some point to at least verify it's up to standard before we drive from out of state to see it? (From MD) -grass was over a foot long and 85% weeds, no lawnmower as agreed upon, had the audacity to say we would now have to purchase one and would be expected to kee the lawn in good condition. Isn't it supposed to be that we leave it in the condition we receive it (which is supposed to be good)? -says "I don't know" in regards to our AC in the middle of June. -now denies agreeing to paint disgusting dirty walls -I am polite but obviously dissapointed and now that (some) things had been moved out of the basement I go down there to smell and see mold -I have a 2 month old baby on my hip and am now certain that I have 24 hours to find a new place to live -I again, politely, tell the realtor (who happens to be the owner) that I am in shock at the service and am then cussed out and told to not waste her time if I don't want to rent that's fine.... -Wait.. whose time was wasted?!? And cussing out a mom holding her baby? so classy. I am completely disgusted by the owner of this company and this was a HUGE inconvenience to us. We ended up staying with the owner of the company hiring my husband for a few weeks until we found another place to live... With a 2 month old baby I'll remind you. I hope she goes out of business out of principle. And I can honestly say I have NEVER even left a company a bad review cause I'm busy and give people the benefit of the doubt but this review needed to be written. Horrible, horrible company.
