On 3/14/24 one of your drivers was tailgating my vehicle from S.Queen St. all the way down Richland Ave. This was around 1:15 pm. I do not appreciate the aggressive driving, especially because I had to escalate my speed to try to get away from your driver and I was already going about 5 above the speed limit. Hire safer drivers because you will be sued if your driver hits someone.

Richard, the awful manager of this location, is taking advantage of senior citizens! He is NOT helping them in any way and in fact is charging them when the windshield breaks after less than 2 months. He is claiming it is new damage from an impact when all 4 corners are damaged. Must have been a hell of a shot from a talented kid...better sign him up for the majors. Do NOT trust this man or location to help you in any way. I wish I could give negative stars to show their true worth!

I had a 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop windshield replaced at this location and have had multiple problems with it. I originally had my windshield replaced on 10/23/23 because it cracked. After the original repair, there was a broken piece of the lip on my car underneath the windshield that was not fixed after it was broken by a technician here. I learned there was a leak because I felt air coming in the car when driving. I brought it back to be replaced, and they fixed it without charge, which I appreciate. However, it was not fixed correctly, and there was a massive amount of water that leaked into my car during a rainstorm. This amount of water caused extensive and very expensive damage to the electrical work in my car. Safelight's customer service refuses to take responsibility for this error, even though multiple people from different agencies (the Mini dealership in Towson, MD, and my car insurance representative) say that this problem is at the fault of Safelight. I have been without my car for over a month. I am extremely frustrated with this situation, which started due to poor work from this location.
