My mom and stepdad are seniors and recently decided to relocate to another state. This kind of move was going to be quite the process for everyone involved, including myself. They chose Jeff Darr to list their property. Once they found a buyer for their home, we had to get them under contract on their new residence. As it turned out, their buyer also had to sell leaving us with a multi-contingency situation which only complicated the transaction. My parents are not "technology savvy" either which required Jeff to visit them in person for wet signatures on documents. After a few months of coordinating all 3 transactions, they're finally settling into their new home. Jeff's communication throughout the process was second to none - not only with them but also with me. He never missed a beat during the process and involved them as much as he should've without overwhelming them with the details. (That was my job!) We all had the privilege of meeting his wife, Ruby, who attended our closing to ensure all things were in line. Jeff also had the courtesy to follow up with me days after the move to check in and be sure all was well. I can't say enough about Jeff and Ruby Darr. Their professionalism and patience came out from the start. I will forever be grateful for their knowledge and assistance and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone buying or selling.
