        Looks good at first glance, terrible to live here in reality. We have had a myriad of bad experiences, from autorenewal of our lease without our signatures to absolutely terrible community standards. Look elsewhere, for the price of their apartments you can definitely do better.

        Do NOT move here. They are horrible people who do not communicate at all. They automatically renewed our lease without our permission. They dont answer the phone for residents half the time you call. When you go to the office in person they tell you one thing, and then you find out they told you the wrong information and you are responsible for another month paying for an apartment. It took 3 different requests for a wasp nest removal (took a month to resolve) when I ha e a severe allergy. We are getting put of here as soon as they stop paying games and stringing us along to get more money. Do NOT move here!!!

      Hi Morgan, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Per your lease agreement that you signed when you moved in, you are required to provide a 60-day notice to vacate the apartment. If we do not receive your notice to vacate and you do not select and sign a renewal term from the offer we sent to you, your lease is automatically renewed for a new 12-month term, which is all clearly stated in your lease agreement that you signed when you moved in.       Hi Denise, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Per your lease agreement that you signed when you moved in, you are required to provide a 60-day notice to vacate the apartment. If we do not receive your notice to vacate and you do not select and sign a renewal term from the offer we sent to you, your lease is automatically renewed for a new 12-month term, which is all clearly stated in your lease agreement that you signed when you moved in. Even though you did not provide your 60-day notice to vacate by the required date, we agreed to cancel the automatic renewal and allow you to provide your 60-day notice to vacate. Per your lease agreement, you are responsible for rent for that 60-day notice period. Thank you.
