Im a very understanding person who gives respect to all and even see's light in a dark situation so for me to leave a bad review is crazy. I called to ask a question regarding my fridge i sent to service operator who Is rude and states they only operate on fridges they sell? Sounds sketchy. If you work on fridges sweet heart then I'm sure they know a thing or two especially with the most basic question I had so I could fix it if they can't but I wasn't given the option and a quick hang up. Anyone reading this start this type of company our area is lacking on in hanover. This message is for all York city workers stop treating everyone with disrespect because of your area yall live in. This is why it's bad because no one changes instead they get stank attitudes worse than ever. Be the change not the problem people your not owed or entitled to nothing but what God gives your working hand to bring.

We buy all of our appliances from CR Heidlebaugh and Sons and their service department is excellent. In fact, we recently needed a belt and idler pulley replaced on our clothes dryer and the technician they sent out (Nathan S.) was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. Thank you, Nathan and Heidlebaugh's for another job well done !!!!!

I now buy all my major appliances from Heidelbaugh's rather than a big-box store. I don't even compare prices because Heidelbaugh's will service what they sell. Just had a new dishwasher delivered yesterday because the old one (which I'd bought from Sears) had begun to leak and it wasn't worth the trouble of trying to find someone to try to repair it or try to find parts. When we were looking for a new fridge ten years ago, we tried shopping at Lowe's and couldn't even find a sales person....when I walked into Heidelbaugh's looking for a dishwasher, Salesman Dan promptly showed me the features and convinced me that the model I'd been looking for was not the best choice and steered me towards a LESS expensive model which had an important-to-me feature. And the installers who came to my house yesterday, Steve and Levi, were obviously quite experienced and did a good job. When I needed service on a front load washing machine I'd bought from them years ago, the repairman came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (the first time)...and years later when the machine developed a similar problem, the same repairman came out, told me the repair would be prohibitively expensive and I bought a replacement top-load washer from him (via his phone contact with the office staff) with delivery just a few days later. Yep, Heidelbaugh's is a great family-owned business who provides great service. They are my go-to place for appliances from now on!
