We highly recommend Reed Appliance Service. After our induction cooktop cracked I called and promptly received a call back. I had ordered the replacement part, but was unsure about trying to install it. Eagan said as soon it arrived, call and he would be here with a day or two. Called on a Friday and he called that day to say he would be here Mon am. Arrived on time, replaced the cooktop quickly and completely cleaned up the work area. Price was as quoted. Will be passing their name on to all our friends and family. Very professional company!

Great experience. I had a dishwasher and washer that were acting up. Egan and Tom showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They identified the problems and fixed them in a reasonable amount of time and cost. I will definitely call them for any appliance repairs in the future. Thank you Egan and Tom. We had a really good experience with Reed Appliance. While the answer wasn't what I was hoping for (our dishwasher was end of life and couldn't be repaired due to parts being discontinued), the team was great. They were highly responsive to my initial call, very flexible with time of day for their arrival, called 10 minutes ahead before arriving, and were spot on time.  They were kind, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.
