We had our a/c-heating system replaced and we couldn't be happier with MBI!! Jeff, from MBI was our point guy and he is the best! Clay and Ana were the installers. They installed and cleaned up and answered all out questions. If you have a need for a new system, these guys are the best.

I called on a Friday due to it was very hot and we had a broken heat pump. They told me that maybe they would be out that day, but if not they put me in the book for Monday for sure. About noon Monday, and I did not hear from them so I called. They told me they had some things come up. When asked what those things were since I was supposedly in the books, they said well, county and city things. I was really miffed as my husband is 86 and we were counting on them to be here so we called no one else. She said she would talk to her manager and get back with me. Sure they would. Not a peep. Bad customer service here. A call at least would have been nice instead of keeping people hanging.. Bad business.

Be careful Yakima. Some HVAC people will not be honest and say you need a new $12,000 furnace when only a repair is necessary.  Tammy got us scheduquickly a d Dave repaired our HVAC when others wanted us to buy a new furnace. THANK YOU TAMMY and DAVE at MBI !

These guys were very helpful and nice. They got me out of a major bind when I needed so tig welding on the exhaust of my over the road truck. They allowed me to come to their property and take apart the exhaust system so they could weld the broken piece. Very friendly and nice staff. Thanks Joe and the crew for your help you saved me alot of money on this repair.
