      Jenny, we are glad that David was professional and honest to you. I'm sorry to hear about your experience as far as the quote. You did request a plumbing inspection and that is what we did. Our team quoted the additional work after David did the inspection from the things that he did find that needed to be fixed. We did give you this information before performing so that you were aware of what the repairs would cost. We are honest and fair to all of our clients.
