Always helpful, courteous, and honest! I drive an old car and they have helped me with a serpentine belt, a broken hood latch, a bent heat shield. Worcester roads are tough on my car, and they always have the fix.

Used to good, owner got rid of father and son team, they went above and beyond. Now it's just the owner, had my exhaust done had to bring it back 4 times because it was still leaking. He looked at me dumbfounded. I couldn't get a sticker. Well it still leaks. Changed the oil left the oil pan loose almost seized the engine. Rotated tired, maybe! but now my tires are leaking air. I call sabotage or stupidity Maybe both. if you go in and see a big bald guy , get the hell out of there. This guy is lazy and doesn't know what he's doin. I still have to get the exhaust fixed it's still leaking plus over priced repair cost.
