Dr. Alexander Phillips is wonderful. He took a very conservative approach to my problem which ultimately ended with a very successful surgery. His son (and partner) was also involved in my surgery. They were attentive, informative and very accessible. I can't say enough good things about them.

Had a hernia surgery and the Dr. Didn't even talk to my family after the surgery was done!!! Family had no idea what was going on with me for over 4 hours!!!!! Doctor left the hospital immediately after my surgery!!!

Did not even get the chance to come in and visit the office because the secretary was so rude over the phone and would not schedule my fiancé his appointment. I also asked if I could speak with the doctor over the phone so he could explain to me why my fiancé could not get an appointment and she refused to take my phone number down. She had the worst attitude I have ever had to deal with in a doctor's office. You would think because she works in a doctor's office and is around sick people all the time that she would have a positive attitude but that was not the case. She really upset my fiancé who is already nervous and scared because he needs a biopsy in the first place. I told her that I was going to file a complaint and she laughed and said you go ahead and do that.
