        Terrible customer service. I have tried to reach member service regarding opening an acct and transferred 5 times to the wrong dept then the last dept said they would send a message to contacts us. This has been going on for over a week.

        A $15 processing fee to pay my bill. Credit unions are supposed to be a not-for-profit lending institution. I could see it costing a few bucks at the most but 15? Take your business elsewhere I'm about ready to have them come pickup their vehicles. They're basically the same or worse as any large bank now.
