        While the salesman was friendly, the management staff left a lot to be desired. Without going into details, I was told that an issue with the vehicle would be taken care of and less than 24 hours later I was informed that it wasnt going to happen, by the same manager that told me that he would take care of it. I rate my overall experience 2 out of 5 stars due to the lack of honesty by management and disregard for the customer.

        I called them this morning at least 5 times to ask for the title. When I first called them they said that all the mangers were "busy," and they would give me a call back as soon as possible. After more than an hour, they never called me back, emailed me back or did anything. So, I called them multiple times more and they never answered the phone. Basically, they will never really be helpful unless you would actually try to get a car. They need to know how to respect others time just like how they respect their own. I am very much disappointed by the customer service team and this is not the only time they give me this kind of customer service.
