This company is a complete fraud. Its employees should be ashamed of themselves--they somehow blocked my Apple devices and then offered to unblock them by protecting them from "Russian hackers." All along they impersonated legitimate Apple employees. I was naive (stupid) enough to pay for 1-year "Apple" Care protection plan. Basically they stole over $200 from me. Such people -- from the owners to top management to IT staff - should be prosecuted and jailed! Do not deal with them ever!

This company is a total scam. They pretend to be Apple support, but they are not affiliated with Apple in any way. The first question they will ask you is "What is your bank account information?" Stay away!

I turned on my computer and saw a number to call for support which led to think it was Microsoft. But it was not , I became suspicious after Brandon already took my banking information. I asked if they are affiliated with Microsoft but they couldn't answer. I now realized that they hacked my computer and placed their number there to trick me into calling them. If they try to steal my money I already contacted the Police. I contacted Microsoft and was not surprised when they told me that these people are a scam. Hacking into people's devices to lure them.
